What is 121 Coaching?
121 Coaching is a personalized journey. During our 121 coaching sessions, we will sit down together during our private sessions to goal-set and strategize exactly how to get you from Point A to Point B.
I’ll be your mentor for several months and we’ll drill down to what you want and how to get there within budget, on schedule, and within whatever limitations you might have (family responsibilities, money constraints, etc).
How it Works
121 Coaching doesn’t have to be overly complicated. We will figure out a system that works for you, your schedule, and your responsibilities.
Weekly Calls
During our weekly calls, we’ll scope out your goals, hopes, dreams, and how to get there! These will be weekly, based on what’s convenient for you, and you’ll come out feeling inspired and ready to get back to work.
Collaborative Assignments
Together, we’ll make incremental improvements that you can track through assignments that work for your busy schedule. I’ll be giving you feedback on these assignments, your business platform, content, etc along the way so you are constantly hitting meaningful milestones.
Access to My Network
With deep networks in the UK, the US, China, and Germany, we will find the right customers, sponsors, or job opportunities for you! I have an insider’s access to top Tech recruiters, high-net-worth individuals, and so many more incredible mentors.
Easy as 1-2-3
You’ll have an easy to execute the roadmap to keep you focused during this journey. It’s simple enough for complete beginners. This will not be an overly complicated process – you have goals to meet after all!
